Wamego Country Club is a semi-private 18 hole golf course in the heart of the
rolling Flint Hills of Kansas, located just 15 minutes east of Manhattan. In
2002, this quaint 9 hole country club that originally opened in 1920 began
expansion plans to add an additional 9 holes. The expansion winds through
thick, wooded, rolling terrain that is disected by a spring fed stream. The
golf course is surrounded by 90 wooded estate lots and 7 acres of commercial
development.
