This 20 acre mixed use village serves as the northern gateway to
the Jordanelle reservoir developments just east of Park City, Utah.
The village will incorporate boutique retail shops, condominium
and loft residential units, underground parking, a condominium hotel,
restaurants and outdoor gathering spaces along a traditional tree lined
"main street." the village will also serve as a trailhead for the counties
rail trail which will disect the property enhancing the walkability and
diversity of the project.
