The Langvardt Design Group, LLC specializes in the creation of high quality Community Design, Resort Planning and Park & Recreation Planning. These projects have been completed across the country and around the world and range from 2 acre clubhouse sites to 45,000 acre master planned communities.

Our design focus is centered on the ability to understand the landscape and envision the unique potential for each development while breaking down the planning process to its simplest forms. Design quality is achieved by applying design principles that have been developed through experience on some of the most exciting and diverse projects in the country. The art of insuring that the planned living and working environment is successful is achieved by integrating the terrain, vegetation, views, access, amenities, culture and natural features into each development.
